Interview Analysis



Part1 - KJ
All knowledge gets a post-it. Every single thing you know about the topic goes down on a post-it. Work on your own. Get into a "thinking" mindset by playing "music to think by." Avoid distraction.

Part2 - A&I + PEMS
Draw all the logic throughout the research before; what activities/interactions do you see?; who is involved in this activity?...

Part3 - Ethnographer's Questions
Sense of Meaning
What does your topic mean to your participants?

make one diagram (or more than one, if your topic means different things to different user groups).

Part4 - User Experience Journey Map
doing - key behaviors at each touchpoint in the experience
thinking - what are they thinking? how do people frame and evaluate their experience? What do they expect? What are their goals at each stage?
feeling - what emotions do people have along their journey? What are the highs? The lows? This should be shown as a graph.
context - cultural context, social context (context of relationships between people), environmental context.
